Barfi movie is an upcoming film starring by Ranbir Kapoor,Priyanka Chopra and Ileana d Cruz ,directed by Anurag Basu .The film will be releasing on 14th of september.the title was earlier given as Khamoshi and silence but later it was changed.
Story/Plot- His parents named him" Murphy" but everybody calls him Barfi! (Ranbir Kapoor).In Darjeeling he is always ready with a" prank up his sleeve", he is a charmer of ladies .He is the talk of the town,even though he can listen nor speak.

Production-Ranbir Kapoor plays a role for deaf mute person.Priyanka Chopra plays a role for mentally challenged girl for which she attended the mental asylum to get to know the deep lines of her character. At the same time Tollywood actrees Ileana D Cruz will play the role of the narrator.The role of the narrator according to Basu at first was played by Katrina Kaif butafter that it was changed.
The film began shooting on March 11,2011.The music and Priyanka's styling is quite similar to French movie "Amelle".
